You can apply a graph format as you create a graph, or at any time after you create a graph. You can apply graph formats as often as you like, however, only one graph format can be saved with a graph file.
Applying a Graph Format as You Create a Graph
Choose a format from the Graph Format pop-up menu in the New Graph dialog.
Applying a Format to an Existing Graph
Step 1
Select a graph.
Step 2
Choose a format from the Apply Graph Format submenu (Graph menu).
• Choose Default to use the default format.
• Choose Other to locate and select a different format.
Note: If the color palette saved in the graph format is different from the color palette in the active graph window, a message asks if you want to apply the new color palette. If you click Yes, all existing colors are mapped to the new color palette; if you click No, all graph format colors are mapped to the currently-loaded palette.
